Just 1 street back from the beautiful white beaches of Peppermint Grove Beach. Our house ia a fully equipped loft style (two storey). We have a large deck at the back which accomodates a BBq and outdoor setting, overlooking the wetlands. Upstairs is a huge main bedroom with ensuite and private deck. Peppy beach is a great place to relax & unwind. The beach is perfect for young children as it is very calm. The Capel river runs into the ocean at Peppi & is great for canoeing or for the kids to fish. Busselton is only a short drive & Capel Vale Winery is 5mins away (great place for lunch!)
