Cottages
Our cottages are located on a 250 acre farming property just 3-hrs drive south of Perth. You can experience our picturesque bushland setting and enjoy a stroll through the natural habitat. The peace and solitude of the country can be yours all year round. Relax by the fireplace with a local bottle of wine or journey out to enjoy all the South West has to offer- wineries, galleries, beaches and much more. Wyadup Brook Cottages have been craftsmen built and feature pine logs, rendered brick and exposed jarrah. This combination of elements compliments the natural setting of our unique cottages. We opened on 26th December 1996 and have enjoyed our years of operation. We have five fully self-contained cottages nestled under the peppermint trees near the Wyadup Brook which runs through the middle of our 250 acre beef cattle farm.
We have five cottages in total. There are 3 single storey two bedroom cottages, a two bedroom loft cottage and a three bedroom double storey cottage. Bedding configurations are different in each cottage.A two bedroom cottage will comfortably sleep 4-6 people and the three bedroom cottage accommodates up to 9 people.
All towels and linen are provided so all you will need to pack are your clothes and food. Cooking facilities include a gas hotplate, a microwave and a gas BBQ on the verandah. An open fireplace provides heating and an electric fan heater for those early morning starts. Each cottage has a colour TV & VCR, clock radio, bedside lamps and laundry facilities include an automatic washing machine and wash trough to each cottage. For the comfort of you, our guests, we ask that there is no smoking in the cottages and no pets allowed.
Time permitting we ask for the equivalent of one nights accommodation to confirm a booking. The balance of a fifty percent deposit is then payable one month prior to your date of arrival for long range bookings. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or cheque. ( No eftpos facilities available)

The cottages have been named after wildflowers and native trees to this area. The farm provides an ideal setting for bush walks and just enjoying nature. For the more adventurous a three quarter of an hour walk west through the farm and over the ridge will bring you to Injidup Bay or a 5 minute trip in the car may be the preferred option, well worth it either way.
Dunsborough is 15 km north-east or Margaret River 36 km south and Busselton 36km to the north. Of course you will go through many vineyards whichever direction you choose and there is also the Bootleg Brewery close by.
Enjoy all the area has to offer from the cosy comfort of our peaceful location.
