Wellington House B & B offers an oasis of peace and relaxation. The drive from the highway takes you past farmland with grazing cattle into a secluded forest setting where the delights of Wellington House hospitality await you.
Situated on 35 acres of natural forest provides an idyllic setting. From the verandah and sun deck area you can be refreshed by the sights, sounds and smells of the forest as you gaze into the canopy of Karri and Bullich trees, delight in the richness of the bird life in a natural setting and be invigorated by the freshness and purity of the air. Alternatively you may wander through the colourful gardens or explore further a field for the abundant orchids and wildflowers in season.
We have 4 large well-appointed comfortable guest bedrooms. Three of these have ensuites and the other room has a private bathroom just down the corridor a little. Two of our ensuite rooms have a queen sized bed and the other room is a twin room with two single beds. The bedroom with a private bathroom has a queen bed. All the bedrooms are clean and tastefully decorated.
There is a sun deck which overlooks the forest, communal lounge with a warm log fire in winter with TV/video, books magazines & games. The tariff includes a delicious and substantial cooked breakfast including a variety of cereals, fruit, fresh baked bread, home made jams and espresso coffee, cappuccino or tea. Wellington House B & B is suitable for an individual; couples or groups and can cater for a maximum of 10 people. Refreshments are available on arrival and tea and/or coffee can be had at any time from the eating area.
Wellington House B & B is in close proximity to the Walpole-Nornalup National Park, world famous for its large Karri and Tingle trees including the Valley of the Giants. We are only minutes away from the Tree Top Walk & Ancient Empire Walk, Bibbulmun Track, Frankland River and the Southern Ocean Beaches, making this an ideal base for the holidaymaker.
